I am extremly dissatisfied regarding my recent booking for an apartment that I was ultimately denied access to. Despite arriving at the premises at the scheduled check-in time, I was informed that the apartment was already occupied by another guest. Owner never responded to my messages and it appears the owner was unaware of my booking, which is incredibly concerning given that I had confirmed reservations. This situation left me stranded and scrambling to find alternative accommodation for the weekend, as I was traveling specifically for an event. This was an incredibly frustrating and disruptive experience. I was never able to gain entry to the apartment I rented wit your business.
