Room was dirty and too many bed bugs. We couldn’t able to sleep whole night.
Pool was supposed to be open - with kids looking forward to that having it not even set up at all was frustrating. We decided to find another place even though it meant losing our money.
This place is a dump. Nasty, stained sheets, stinks, no water pressure. Shower was like a produce mister. Terrible.
Very disappointed, I think I will avoid this chain in the future. Very dilapidated building, not very clean outside, animal hairs on the chairs, big crack in the toilet seat, broken floor tiles. Depressing and I think they could do much better for cleaning. At least it was quiet. One of my worst places ever.
The hotel itself was fine. I care about clean and it was clean and neat and quiet. The location was convenient to the highway but the area was ugly. There were no real restaurant options and no place to walk after a day of driving.
Staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel rooms overall are below satisfactory, no good channels on the TV. Needs an upgrade for sure. On a positive note, breakfast is really good

This facility needs a serious update. The room had a funky smell and the bathroom was not clean. The only upside was a great price [...] and it was where we needed to stay that night.
This motel was dirty and run down. The wallpaper was peeling, the toilet backed-up, and the sink drain was broken. The pool was so murky that I couldn't see to the bottom.
