the room phone did not work. The only way for communication to the outside was a walk out to the office, which was not very helpful at all, and acted as though "oh well". After insisting that the issue be resolved another "employee/contractor" was called in. After approximately 20-30 minutes, and working on the RJ11 wall jack service was restored. As a person with a mobility handicap, and medical issues that may require EMS service, as well as being a traveler unfamiliar with the services available I think you can understand being able to summon assistance. The language barrier with the on-site "manager" did not promote confidence in their ability to understand and address the issue, as their responses were not reflecting that they understood.

Stayed in Rm 147. The room itself wasn’t thoroughly clean. Floor was dirty. AC buttons were not functioning properly when I tried to raise/lower the temperature. I could hear people talking and playing loud music at night. Smelled like pot every time I stepped outside the room. The hotel, the restaurants and Blytheville in general are not my cup of tea. Only came for a quick job at a Plant.

We felt completely safe. Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Eggs were made fresh to order. Best coffee we have had in quite a while. Would definitely stay there again.

Photos of rooms are deceiving. Bathroom/tub was not clean. Mold in the grout was present. Booked a king bed and was given a queen. Customer service is terrible. Phones are not answered. Overall safety of this location is questionable. Literally stay anywhere else.
