Seasonal rental - why book for the weekend when you can book for the whole season? Leave your gear and come up as often as possible. Skiing in the winter, biking & horse back riding in the summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years or even the entire App State football season in the fall!

Great outdoor space including a newly built deck with lounge area, outdoor dining, grill & mini fridge that steps down to a beautiful courtyard with fire pit and kid's play set.

Three large bedrooms
-Primary King suite with luxury master bathroom
-Second King suite with full bathroom shower/tub combo
-Third bedroom with a Queen + Twin as well as a desk for office space

Both the second king room and the queen/twin room have desks, two perfect and separate "home offices". Ever wonder what living in the mountains would be like? Here's your chance to try it for a season!

Wonderful cottage!

The cottage location is perfect for a short (1/4 mile?) to Main st. The cottage is well maintained, clean and updated. Emily and Mike were very gracious in answering questions or Coming to show us how the fireplace worked. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our long weekend. Emily reached out and had extra salt delivered if we needed it in case of weather. Home as described and was perfect for the 7 of us. Location was perfect in the heart of Blowing Rock and only a 10 min. Drive to App ski resort. Would recommend!
