Located above a quiet retail shop on Sunset, enter through the street-level door and walk up the stairs into the unit. Entering the living area, with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the open concept flows into the dining space set up for six and the fully equipped kitchen. With full-size appliances, the recently updated kitchen features a microwave, toaster oven, blender, dual Keurig & Drip coffee maker, farmhouse sink, and butcher block island. 

Meander down the hall to the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and closet. Further down the hall is the recently updated guest bath with a tile tub. At the end of the hall, enter the spacious King bed master suite with another Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a tile shower and double-sink vanity.  There is a queen sleeper sofa located in the great room.

 Pets allowed. Two small dogs under 25lbs or one dog up to 45lbs. Nonrefundable pet fee plus tax of $112.75 per dog.
