Exactly as described... perfect for us!

My family stayed here for a family wedding weekend and it was perfect! It was exactly as described, and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. It was a wonderful place to spend time together as a family during wedding downtime!

IU Football!!!

Wow! We booked for a football weekend, and they aren't kidding: this place is SO close to the stadium. It made walking to the game super easy! Clean, comfortable. Nice little extras on arrival. And the communication was superb! We hope to snag another football weekend (or two!) next year! Go Hoosiers! [🥳 Yay! And... yes... Go IU! ⚪️🔴 😉 🙏]

Highly recommend

This was a great place to stay and super close to the stadium. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and has everything you need. Rick the owner was very communicative, helpful and accommodating too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Perfect location. Awesome place!

We were able to stay here for a quick trip to Bloomington for senior night for IU Men's Soccer, and to catch a volleyball game. It was PERFECT. The location could not be better for IU, and it was clean and comfortable. Loved the bed and bedding, and all the little extras too. We will definitely stay here again!

Mom's Weekend

My stay at this delightful condo was truly exceptional. The location was convenient, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, and the living area was perfect!! The bed were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Bloomington, IN!

Great time at the Kane Brown Concert. Property was easy walking distance to the stadium and was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Perfect for a volleyball alum weekend.

I've stayed in both this one (a 3 bedroom) and the 1 bedroom across the street. The location could not be better for IU athletics, and the place was very clean. The host was very responsive, and they provided a lot of communication. I also loved the little touches and the supplies and snacks! I will definitely be back!
