This unit was remodeled in 2023 with New Flooring, Paint, appliances, cabinets/Countertops, fixtures and includes new washer/Dryer!

This unit is furnished with Queen beds in every bedroom, Couch in living room , Kitchen table in kitchen, and family fun arcade machine!!!

This Townhome was perfect for us. We went with some friends to tailgate, go to the IU game and to visit with our daughter. It was in a great location and fantastic on the inside. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Parents Weekend!

Birthday weekend

Birthday weekend/ girls trip to celebrate my daughter. We enjoyed the winery and lake Monroe . The rental was great a bathroom for each room was one oh the best features and the location was great to all the things we enjoyed. I would definitely stay again.
