Cozy 3 story Log Cabin with space for the entire family and an amazing view

The Whippoorwill Nest is nestled on a ridge near the end of a quiet private country road. This well maintained home includes many amenities for your home away from home! It is a three-story log cabin house with three bedrooms, three baths, two living rooms and a large kitchen nestled on 100+ acres. Over 4 miles of hiking trails take you on a scenic walk or snow shoe adventure through the pine trees and ridge top that has a 30 mile view of beautiful Jackson County forest land. Access to a large parking lot for snowmobile trailers that gives you quick access to the Black River Trail Riders snowmobile trail that runs through a portion of the property. Only a couple miles off Hwy 12/27, close to Hatfield and Black River Falls.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Christmas at the Whipporwill

We had such a great experience at the Whipporwill. The house has everything we could have needed. The owner was so good to us! We don’t know how many more years we will have my Mom so it was amazing to have her spend quality time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The view was so beautiful!
