The facility needs to be updated the breakfast was very limited I just four pieces of bread out to make toast in the morning for the people staying there it's rather outdated and needs some general improvement to go forward we will not stay there again

The room was excellent and super spacious a lot bigger than I thought. The room was very clean and stocked I will be back to this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful 5 star's!

The hair dryer did not work and neither did the TV! Everytime we needed something from the front desk there was nobody there! Including when we checked in!! No elevator either which was ridiculous!

Booked the jacuzzi room, got there, got checked in, went out to do things in the area, to come back and find out the jacuzzi in the room is dirty, has scum lines and nasty soap in it, the water is yellowish brown in color, the management team has no idea or act like they have no idea what to do, when its quite simple, refund my money so i can go elsewhere...not hard, clean and fix your stuff before people book it
