Clean, comfortable rooms; friendly staff; ample parking and free breakfast make the Comfort Inn and Suites a good place to stay in Black River Falls. Easy access to the interstate 94, to highway 54 and to local ATV trails is a plus. The Comfort Inn and Suites is a good value.
I like staying in comfort inns because they are not expensive and very clean. And this one was just that. The room was clean and the breakfast we had in the morning was very good they had a nice selection of food.
Upon arriving I knew this was going to be a good stay. The receptionist was very friendly and quick in getting us registered. When we got to our room an d opened the door my wife said the room smells so clean. The room was furnished with a micro wave, refrigerator , and a large flat screen TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and sleeping was a dream. In the morning the breakfast was over whelming. there was sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, breads, coffee, juice, milk, waffles, pastries need I go on?
The staff at this property was very helpful. The continental breakfast was always neat and fully stocked. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were nice additions. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice clean quiet reasonable price. Business Center, fitness center, indoor pool, conference center plus free popcorn. The staff was friendly and informative. The place was packed on a Tuesday. The breakfast had more variety than most.
Room was very nice size for the price and with small fridge and microwave, bedding was very nice and continental breakfast was fresh and good. The hot tub was relaxing. We will not hesitate to stay here again when passing thru Black River Falls.
The room was very clean, check in was easy and staff was very nice and friendly. I was so impressed with the cozy room. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool since we did not bring with us any swimwear. The breakfast at Comfort Inn was delicious with choices for vegetarian like me. Most of the time, I check in at Comfort Inn in Japan but this is my first time to check in at Comfort Inn-USA.
The housekeepers are horrible liars. The general manager is unprofessional and lacks the training to be in her position. A male housekeeper was handed dirty linens because he was hired to handle dirty linens. He had a horrible attitude as he stood in the hallway and yelled at my teenage daughter demanding that she leave the room before he could give her clean linen. I had to intervene from behind the door and request linens for US to make the bed. I requested not be disturbed in the morning as I was working night shift. The hotel agreed and said that I could get items and fresh towels from the desk. The stay went well, or at least I thought. The hotel told my company that they would have to enforce the room cleaning policy during the day because we left the room so dirty it had to be taken out of service for 2 days. They added that I had a male guest who was my brother staying in the room. The dirty linens I gave the male housekeeper were not given to him per his account to the general manager. It was now being said that bloody sheets were thrown in the hallway twice during my stay and were found by overnight staff while they were rounding. We were accused of eating in the room as if we not supposed to eat in the room. I'm not sure where I should have eaten? I called back to speak with a person who did tell me she was a general manager and that she supports the claims of the accounts she was given although she did not go to the room herself. I beg to differ if they had to take the room out of service for 2 days because of an odor. I always clean before I check out. My family thinks I am crazy for this but I still do it. The hotel housekeepers are liars and the general manager is a horrible supervisor for admitting that she never investigated any of their claims but instead verbally attacked the guest over the phone. She went on to say that, "you can't pull the race card with me because I'm married to someone with darker skin". The fact that she needed to defend her actions as not being racist now raises the question of whether it was race related. She then said we can agree to disagree and I would not be welcomed back as a guest and she would be canceling my future reservations.
Christmas Day check-in with no delays or issues. The room was spotlessly clean and the pillows they use are comfortable. Very little sound was heard from the hallway or other rooms. The breakfast was great and had a lot of hot and cold options. The kids made use of the pool area, which is better than the photos make it appear. The mini fridge seemed unusually loud, but I forgot to mention it at checkout. I unplugged it at night.
Last minute to get a room. Extremely easy check in. The attendant was great. Done and in my room within minutes. Yes, older but we'll maintained. The best one I have stayed at for the price. Lots if channels. Great wifi. My room faced the woods. Quiet. Lots of hot water. Coffee Maker in room. Clean. No smells. I was very impressed. Next morning breakfast was the best I ever had at a Comfort INN. Even had corned beef hash and two types of scrambled eggs. Of course milk, coffee, bagels, cereal. A really great breaky!! Did not use pool but checked it out. Wow!! Fitness room available. Trucker friendly. Near gas station and restaurant. The town is cool. I travel thru here quite a bit over the years. Harley Davidson in town. Big one. Have been there. The motel is biker friendly as told to me at front desk. What a great surprise I found!! Well done!!!
