My adult sons and I stayed at this Comfort Inn on our travels to Minnesota. It provided us a good size room with two queen beds and a pullout couch. It was so nice to have plenty of towels in the bathroom. The extra towels were greatly appreciated by all of us. The room was clean and also had a fridge. Our fluffy pillows were also in abundance. The room was quiet, but we did run the a/c even though it was October. Very warm night so it was required. We grabbed a quick and free breakfast on our way out the next morning. Had everything we needed, including fresh fruit!

Stayed in a handicapped room. That was ok but very noisy. Children running around in the room over us and heard trucks all night. The room wasn't that comfortable and very dusty. Wrote 'Dust me" on several pieces of furniture! Not impressed.

Needs to be updated. Bed felt like a Motel 6 mattress that had been used for way too many years. Bathroom lights were too dim to put makeup on. Good thing I brought a mirror that I could use by the window. We arrived about 10 PM. I had checked online for prices. It was $85 with three rooms available. When we arrived they were $95!

My wife and I stayed at the Comfort Inn when we stayed in Black River Falls to see my daughter. The property looks a bit dated on the outside but is clean and refreshed on the inside. The rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was the standard fare but hot and well stocked. The staff did an excellent job keeping up with the large crowds visiting for the Cranberry Festival. The front desk was great helping us with any question we had such as where to eat and what to see. We're definitely looking forward to our next visit!

We have stayed in the 4 main hotels in BRF and this is by far the nicest. Clean, comfortable and overall the nicest facility. Right next to the interstate and plenty of things around. Also direct access to the ATV trails.

Stayed for 2 nights during Cranberry Fest. Rates for a Queen Suite go up to $175/night...crazy, but they get it. But for that price I expected a comfortable bed. I ended up on the sleeper couch the first night, and because it was so uncomfortable I got a roll away the next night It was better but the blanket was the texture of a brillo pad. Seriously, that blanket should have been retired years ago. I was too tired to complain. Room was hot/cold/hot/ cold all night. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The other people I was with liked the beds, so if you are going with a group, make sure you aren't the one who gets the sleeper couch!!

Staff was friendly and overall hotel is kept clean, however this hotel is showing its age. All sinks drained very slow. The ceiling air vent was black and the suspended ceiling tiles by the vent was discolored. The bathroom tub had a large stained area, possibly from scrubbing the area and taking off the finish. In the bathroom, paint and stain was splashed on the wall. We liked that it was close to the ATV Trails, but the hotel was not worth the money we spent on it.

We stayed here for a quick overnight, just stopping through. Our first impression was nice location and safe. This hotel is starting to show it's age, but our room was clean. Our room had a deck to the pool and made our room seem a bit humid. The kids were excited to swim but the skimmers were not working at the pool so we were unable to let them swim and we were disappointed. The hotel seemed a bit overpriced, but we were happy with the service and breakfast in the morning.

Love it again.....and again....5th time here it a great stopping point, out of the way, close to 2 nice restaurants, quiet and very comfortable......and the staff....AWESOME !!!! be back again as soon as possible

We chose this motel because of its T.A. rating and the fact that we have a card for that chain. It was very easy to find and convenient as a stop midway to and from Bayfield. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was good. We liked it well enough to stay there again on the way home from Bayfield.
