The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, distributed across a thoughtfully arranged interior that combines comfort with modern furnishings. The apartment was partly renovated in 2023, giving it a bright and contemporary feel throughout.

The main living and sleeping room is a versatile space equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the large balcony. A separate small room, which does not have a window, contains 1 bunk bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a practical sleeping area particularly suited to younger guests. The bathroom features a bath and WC with a double hand-basin. The balcony faces both north and west, offering beautiful views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside, and is furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation.
