Disliked: Cleanliness
Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Seezugang. Leider ist, entgegen der Beschreibung, das zweite Zimmer nicht abgetrennt sondern verbunden und nicht allein nutzbar. Die Einsicht, dass dies in erheblichem Maße abweicht von der schriftlichen Ausführung ist auch nicht vorhanden. Sauberkeit so lala. Bilder trüben deutlich. Meines Erachtens wurde 2023 außer einem neuen Bodenbelag nichts gemacht, die Wohnung als teilrenoviert zu betrachten fanden wir etwas frech bei diesem Standard. Es ist kein Staubsauger oder Ähnliches vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist absolut herunter gekommen und stinkt ziemlich im Gang.
