This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We would personally say it is rather a motel than a hotel. The room was very dated and dirty and it had a musty smell. The water pressure in the bathroom was absolutely terrible, the aircon was so noisy we couldn’t seep at all. Lucky us we checked in at 7pm and checked out at 3am for our early flight so we didn’t have to spend too much time in that awful establishment. We definitely don’t recommend this “hotel” to anyone.

This hotel is very misleading. It is called Ramada by Wyndham London Stansted Airport but it is NOT at the airport, it is in the services at on the M11

For a budget hotel and a short stay, this hotel was excellent. Went to an event in Chelmsford and booked a night to break up the journey home. Didn't expect much but was really pleasantly surprised. Friendly efficient check in. Room was more than adequate (triple room, not massive but reasonable for a short stay). Bed was comfy. Pillow was really comfy. Bedding and towels were simple but nice and clean. Shower was excellent. The only things which detract from the score were lack of chair in bedroom; and the bathroom and bedroom entrance flooring. It looked like it needed a deep clean (a bit like a public swimming pool floor). That aside, we agreed we would stay again. It was cheap (for three) convenient, had good amenities (an ironing board, iron and hairdryer! As well as tea and coffee 👍 and aircon that worked and the shower was great, good water pressure and nice and warm). Check in and check out staff were great and super friendly. We had a few hours sleep (it was pretty quiet) before hitting the road and have no complaints whatsoever.

Good airport overnight stay

Very convenient for airport. We had a quiet end room with comfy beds, but there was a nasty smell in the room and the shower was blocked so the water drained away very slowly
