Breakfast is very convenient, close to the airport and also has a shuttle.

Very fast and convenient, high quality. Very friendly.

The beds were good. The room was hot and the air conditioning was not working. Good breakfast. Airport shuttle for 3£ per person. Decent restaurant. Did the job as a place to stay for one night before flying to Europe.

It's a nice hotel close to the airport. It has a shuttle to the terminals but it's not complimentary (3 pounds / 5 euros per trip).

The room is hot and the AC did not work. We were sweating in the room, it was terrible

The hotel staff member was helpful and very nice. The room I reserved was not available and he assigned me two single rooms at no extra cost. Thanks!

Neat, clean, and organized! What more could one ask for?

Hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle price was cheap. Breakfast was amazing.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was excellent the was nice. The room was smaller than usual and the AC wasn't working in that particularly hot night in London. So we didn't get to sleep well at all.

Room was fine - it was a good value. Dinner was great - chicken with fries and gravy. Breakfast was bad - it was the quality and variety of the food, however, it was cooked correctly. Yucky eggs and sausage, mushy canned fruit.

We needed to store our luggage a day before we checked in, and the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We needed to spend the night near the airport due to an early morning flight. We had a nice room and there was a shuttle to the airport. However to use your electronics make sure you have the three prong converter with you. Hotel will not loan you one but have some for sale. The hotel was nice and the room was nice, comfortable and clean.

Clean room, enough space, large towels comper to other places where we stayed.everything well organized including bus from airport to hotel and back. Great staff very helpful and friendly.we arrived very late at night but they still open kitchen and fed us. Breakfast was well organized you could eat as much you wanted.great value for money

Stayed after flight in to have a more affordable option in terms of hotel as well as travel costs for off peak hours into the city. Very clean and included breakfast.

This hotel was fine for what I needed, which was a place to crash after flying into stansted after midnight. The front desk person was very friendly, professional and helpful, and this was the best thing about the hotel. The elevator needed the room key in order to run (which is a great security feature but as a single traveler it made me nervous that they felt that necessary). When I got to my room none of the lights would turn on, and the bathroom smelled like urine. I had to go all the way down to the front desk (quite a long walk) and get the representative to help me. There was a slot for the key card inside the door, and the card needed to be in that slot in order to turn on the lights, something I have never seen before although I have stayed at least 6 other hotels in London and Italy!! The carpet in the hallways was worn and appeared dirty. All in all, not that pleasant of a hotel, but I got a good few hours of sleep before having to check out in the morning.

all ........very good///////////////staff, services

It's the perfect place to stay if you need to catch an early flight. Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Above the average of other Holiday Inn hotels. Only complain is there are no movies available in the tv menu, and tv channels in London, BBC apart, are not very interesting. Will definitely stay there again in my next trip to London.

The hotel was fine: clean and modern and conveniently located outside the airport. Our tv did not work but the hotel staff were very friendly and moved us to a different room as soon as we told them. My only two complaints are that the shuttle to/from the airport (an about 3min ride) was not free (4 punds per trip) and there was no free wi-fi in the rooms.

Stayed overnight while transferring between a Heathrow and a Stansted flight. Short 5 minute shuttle costing 2 pounds made the transfer from Stansted easy. Lobby had free wi-fi which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and even lent me a couple of pence that I was short on the shuttle fare. If you have to stay overnight, this is definitely a good choice.

The Express by Holiday Inn Stanstead was a convenient hotel to the Stanstad Airport with a very comfortable room, large bathroom and delicious hotel restaurant. The check in agents were very courteous and the wake up call television system was modern and worked well.
