check-in and check-out went very smooth. All Staff we encountered had great positive attitudes and were willing to help with any requests. The room was very nice. The breakfast was better than any we have encountered in stays at many hotels in our traveling experiences. All aspects were excellent and we would recommend this hotel without any question!

I Would stay again. Great breakfast and dinner meals

Good - food was decent - coffee fresh - wifi a little slow. Getting ready to renovate the lobby and food area

The only uncomfortable thing was the sofa bed. Overall an AWESOME hotel.

We drove down for the homecoming for Alabama. This was the closest location we could find. It was situated perfectly near the interstate so that we could leave as possible to get our destination. The receptionist, Mrs. Money I think was her name was amazingly sweet and helpful. Lucky to have her working for the organization.

This hotel offers lots of great perks: outdoor pool, basketball court (ask for basketballs at the front desk), complimentary hot dinner Monday-Thursday and full breakfast every day. Choose Homewood Suites for the rooms, which are enormous. We traveled with our four kids and had plenty of space. The bay window in the bedroom added even more space. Geared for business travel, the front desk typically has just one employee available to guests. You might have to wait if you need assistance. (Everyone's nice though). Our only complaint: the coffee maker in our suite was moldy. Advice: There's a designated area outside by Suite 102 (where we stayed). They propped doors while smoking and we'd get smoke smell in our room from time to time. Request a different suite if that will bother you.

Excellent hotel and will stay again. Check-in had a minor issue that was resolved without much delay. The suite was excellent. It was quiet, clean and comfortable just like I like. Both the evening snacks and the breakfast were very excellent. Parking was not a problem. Due to construction combined with the Birmingham traffic it is a busy location with some delay going to and leaving during peak traffic hours. I had drinks and Satterfield's and dined at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Both are pricey venues but worth it for the intended purposes.

ck in quick, location great, great hot breakfast, luxury all the way. Staff courteous.
