The location is nice and quiet, close to amenities and lots of green land surrounding the area. I spent two nights in this hotel. The only thing I dislike was that the cleaners forgot to replace bath towels, milk and sugar after cleaning the room on my second night. I came back to the hotel late evening to realised these items were not replaced. Called reception, nobody answered the phone, and I had to walked down to speak to staff about my request. This could have been achieved using the phone in my room. Other than this, it was a nice place to stay

The bathroom wasn't clean! There was a faecal soiling on bathroom floor, in the corner next to the bath, covered by a piece of toilet paper. Disgusting. Also, the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Finally, the restaurant menu is limited and the food is below expected standard.

The staff at Holiday Inn Coventry M6, were very warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. John the night manager was especially kind. Lovely team from the front desk, restaurant and service staff. Highly recommended.

Great Location for a stay in Coventry

Great location for Business or Leisure Staff professional warm and genuine Special mention to the front reception team especially Natalie A credit to the hotel as one of the best check in to a hotel ever done Thoroughly comfortable stay and food very good for evening meals (i didnt have breakfast) would recommend this Location close to supermarkets and fast food outlets

Comfortable stay.

We had to change rooms on first night, we had a room which had a connecting door and a guest on the other side of the door had a parrot in the room which kept us awake. The staff were very good, they upgraded us to another room swiftly and all was well.

Very happy with stay

Fab stay and lovely polite staff. The only small issues were light bulbs in bedside lamps didnt work. Also the bed's mattresses were a littke too firm. Great breakfast and coffee.
