The breakfast was good and the gentleman working for the breakfast area was nice and did there job well. Thank you.

Nice hotel, convenient, close to shopping and restaurants as well as Hoover Met Stadium. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again!

We only stayed for one night, but it was great! The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly & the location was perfect! Hoover is a very cute & clean area! Lots of things very close by! We will stay again, if we are in the area and need a place! The price was great too!

Close to restaurants which were around the corner, staff were very helpful. Stayed one night as we were on our way to another destination. Hotel looked relatively new

Everything was nice. Enjoyed my stay. Will return in the future.

Great place to stay, very clean. Kids thought the pool was too cold to play in but other than that no complaints.

We were in town for the NASCAR race in Talledega. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and a nice hotel with the usual amenities. It was a great weekend!

I had 3 minimal situations during my 2 day stay. 1) When I went to the restaurant for dinner there was no staff around. I waited about 10 minutes an finally asked the desk if it was open only to discover that the person who was working in the restaurant had been standing talking with the front desk staff the whole time and simply didn't see me. 2) After I had eaten and showered I attempted to check the news, but the TV wouldn't work. It turns out it was the batteries in the remote and the front desk was out of batteries. I couldn't change channels even manually and the tv was stuck on the channel playing Duck Dynasty. The front desk offered to give me another room, but that seemed like such a hassle to move all my stuff in my pajamas. 3) Finally, when I went to check out my prepaid room had been charged for an additional night. The desk clerk couldn't make the adjustments without the manager who was not there and had to be called in to address the issue. As a result, I had to leave, go to church and come back to the hotel before catching my plane to make sure the billing error was resolved. In all, the hotel was fine, but a few minor problems kept it from being perfect.

Headed East after a Late Bama football game, nice location about 45 minutes east the stadium. Very Clean and Quiet with up-to-date facilities.

The carpet was moist, did report it. Small stain on pillow did not report. A little noisy not too sure where it was coming from, but low enough for the television to drown it out with low volume. Overall being that it was a last minute booking I rate it a 3. I would recommend it to someone who's looking for a spur of the moment short stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was profession and polite.

Rude Front Desk girls, need improvement...........

Nice and clean hotel with good old fashion southern hospitality.

Holiday Inn - Hoover, was clean, well appointed and great access to shops, mall, restaurants and the major interstate. The bed was firm and comfortable with soft pillows. The dining experience was not what I expected. The buffet breakfast was limited and the food could have used more seasoning. The staff was very helpful.

Good location, clean room, and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Staff was very courteous . Hotel smelled and looked clean. It wasn't home but it was very comfortable. I will for sure stay here on my next stay over in Birmingham-Hoover Al

The room, rate, location and ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. The loud, drunk group of partiers in the lobby, elevator, pool, and 2nd floor were NOT.

The room here was clean, quiet and very comfortable. I was pleased with everything from the friendliness of the staff at check in to the condition of the room and property. No complaints!
