The staff was courteous and very helpful. Our AC didn't work until late the second night and by then, we were already so drained from the heat. We intentionally scheduled an extra day so that we could rest prior to our cross Atlantic flight back to the US Their shuttle service to the airport was great and on time.

Could have more empathy

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the airport but only from 05:10 to 23:30. Plan your trip accordingly, and you have to call them when you arrive the airport. It’s a five minute shuttle ride to the airport, so it’s convenient - given if your travel time is within the range that they provide service. Otherwise, it’s 20 euros with Uber. If you book from hotels.com, the hotel is not very responsive, neither does the hotel reply to email. The hotel expects you to read FAQ properly (I don’t know how many people do so on a vacation with multiple bookings in line) - they said the automatic message for transport did not go through, which is not their fault nor my fault. Yep. Just make sure you read the FAQ.

Comfortable night!

Service people are all polite and warm! It’s quiet and clean. Love the pillows!!! Only thing is nothing is in the room, no water, no coffee and no tea. Everything is payable. Small price but just wishing it will be free.

Very Basic . Continental breakfast. Cereal bowls all chipped. More bnb than hotel. No tea coffee in rooms. Near airport but nothing only another hotel around. Very Quiet hotel. nobody around.
