"The ac/ heat unit was broken. The sheets were poorest quality and shedding dryer balls. Couldn’t open the window more than an inch so the room was miserably hot and uncomfortable.
It was loud AF next to the highway.
Room was clean, the tires were the only nice accommodation but they only gave us 1 towel for 2 people. We had to request 1 more towel.
Anyhow, do yourself a favor and stay at a nicer hotel. You get what you pay for. We went from the hotel Carlton 5 star to this because we were 2 hours away and getting bd into Bilbao at 2300
So didn’t event pay another nights 5 star price when we had 7 am check-in at the airport. I wish I had now I might’ve slept better!"
