Everything was going fine until the breakfast. They seemed to be oversold hotel that day. there were so many people at Breakfast which was obviously taking long to get to food. Seeing it all they could have extended the breakfast timing by 30 minutes. they litterally closed the breakfast on people's face while they were still trying to put food on their plate. it was something that I have never seen in my life.

The hotel and room was amazing, my only small issue was the front staff could have been a bit more friendly. Edward was amazing I bumped into him several times and was informative and friendly. Definitely planning another trip soon

We arrived about 2pm. Checkin is 3pm. It was not busy and room available, but wanted to charge me $50 extra for the convenience. We chose to wait. The hotel decor was nice, but the lighting was way too bright in the lounge/dining area giving it less than desirable ambiance. Our room was on first floor. The only window was below ground with egress dug out and escape ladder up to ground floor. It made for a dark room.

I’ve used Expedia for years with no issues, but this trip was terrible. After driving from San Diego to Big Bear with my toddlers and baby, Hilton said there was no reservation. We waited two hours in the lobby while Expedia and Hilton sorted it out in the snow. Case #19935270 — I’m requesting a full refund for the stress and inconvenience this caused.

The staff was all very nice. But they were very busy and understaffed so felt I couldn’t tell them of what we found in our room. The people who were in our room before us left a used bottle of sexual lubricant and I guess housekeeping missed it. Pretty gross.

Great experience and service here. S’mores in the evening near the fire pit provided by staff. 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate bar. Snacks available for purchase 24/7. Floors inside hotel room should have been a bit cleaner but overall great time. Will book here again.

They charged $29 for parking per night for off season. And they even taxed the $29 with a tourism tax. It is just annoying to have to call a property to ask about their parking cost to really determine the real cost. Additionally, this is the second property like this we have had to pay with no security (posted note that theif was not thrir responsibility).

There is no entry to hotel from the street which is its address. We couldn’t find the phone number to this specific hotel. We called main number. A note about how to enter the premises would have been helpful. Check in lady charges us $29.95 for parking. She claimed that there was a note somewhere online that said parking would be charged even though I was alerted to the price I paid included all fees. She wasn’t friendly like most people in Big Bear are. Hotel room did not have any toilet paper!! Incredible.
