My husband and I recently spent two nights in the Honeymoon Cottage to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The grounds are incredibly charming—the pond and string lights create such a "cute" and cozy atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private hot tub and were impressed by the cleanliness; the cottage was tidy, and the bedding smelled fresh. The staff member who checked us in was also very welcoming. We have just two small suggestions for improvement: the area rug in our unit was a bit dated and could use a refresh, and the indoor lighting was quite bright. A dimmer or a floor lamp would have really helped set a more relaxed mood in the evenings. We did hear some inappropriate noises from our neighbors during our stay, that is obviously out of the management's control. We loved the easy check-out! Being able to just send a text while departing made our morning so much smoother. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be recommending The Grey Squirrel to our friends and family!

This property is perfect for a long weekend. Has a wood burning fireplace and BBQ. Check-in was super easy and the staff was super nice. Check-out was just as easy. The grounds were kept clean.
