This spacious 200m² 3-bedroom villa is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable getaway. With an open layout and charming decor, the house is designed to offer both comfort and style, with large windows that bathe the interior in natural light and create a bright, airy atmosphere.

The living area is thoughtfully arranged with cozy seating, making it the ideal space for winding down after a day of exploring. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for spending quality time together. The kitchen includes all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience.

The home features three welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a spacious master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and two additional single beds—ideal for families with children or larger groups. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There are two well-appointed bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Step outside to enjoy the highlight of the property: a private garden and swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days or simply soaking up the sun. Overlooking the pool, a lovely balcony with tables and chairs invites you to start your mornings with coffee or unwind in the evening with a drink and a view. There’s also a barbecue for alfresco meals and a ping pong table for added fun.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
