Fantastic location just 200m from the romantic bay of Cala Advocat! The holiday home, built in the style typical of the country, has a large private pool and offers every comfort. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the outdoor area also invites you to relax outdoors. The small village of Benissa is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca and is home to the 16th-century Lonja (auction hall), which currently hosts various traveling exhibitions. Overall, the municipality includes 4 km of coastline, consisting of numerous small bays, sandy or pebble beaches and cliffs. The small harbor bay of Benissa Costa is ideal for water sports such as sailing, kayaking and diving.
