The flat offers great storage convenience with several built-in wardrobes, in addition to those in the bedrooms. It has been completely renovated, taking up some of the terrace spaces to give it more space. All the spaces in the flat are exterior, except for the bathrooms.

The apartment has an unbeatable location, close to all services, just a step away from the most well-known square in Benidorm: Plaza Triangular and very close to the most commercial street: Calle Gambo.

Levante Beach; perhaps one of the most famous beaches in all of Europe. It is an urban beach more than 2 kilometres long that runs between Punta Pinet and Punta Canfali. An expanse of fine golden sand is bathed by the calm waters of the Mediterranean and, thanks to its orientation, it is possible to sunbathe until late in the afternoon.
