Location was the best factor for this property.... No elevator with heavy bags is kind of challenging and the heater/ac/fan was unplugged and found out why after plugged it back in..... nasty smell

The sheets appeared to be clean but the comforter on my bed definitely wasn’t. There were scuff marks on the white comforter as well as tiny amount of what appeared to be blood. Could have been Ketchup but the fact that it was a dirty comforter was hard to get out of my mind. The housekeeping staff were pleasant but maybe they missed this comforter by accident.

the hotel is close to the Redmond airport. Great helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Checked in and went to the room. Nice room. Did not have a controller for the TV, so called the front desk and within no more than a couple of minutes, they brought one to our door and made sure it worked before they left.

Location was ok, value was the best thing. Our room was nice. Staff was as helpful as expected. In summary it was a good value for a place to stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and a lot better than I expected. My experience was something I would have expected from a much more expensive establishment. Unbeatable quality for the price I paid.

Again, everything was super great and super nice, especially the Hotel staff of outstanding people. Most enjoyable time. The breakfast was also top quality, super great and wonderful. The rooms were very clean, very nice, again, most enjoyable. Also, room "comfort" top notch, top quality. Hopefully I can come again, someday .... Looking forward to staying again at your very wonderful Hotel.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet, but close to downtown. Good value.

A little outside of town but right on 97. Downtown Bend and restaurants about 15 minutes away.

First I would like to thank night shift front desk clerk for her friendliness. As an out of towner, she was awesome in providing incite as to where to go/what to eat (Abbies was a good call for pizza). The rooms were dated and it showed. If you expect the perk of breakfast buffet, forget about it when there are over 20 contractor employees (some I do not think even were staying there) that overwhelmed the lobby leaving nothing for us that paid. Thumbs down!

This is an older hotel that is in decent, but not excellent, condition. The room was clean and comfortable but clearly showed signs of its age, especially in the bathroom. But it was a good value for the money. And the continental breakfast was acceptable - although the dining area is very small for the size of the hotel. It is located between the Redmond airport and downtown Bend, and very close to several excellent shopping centers.

This hotel was just ok. Wasn't worth the money!! Wasn't that clean. The first room they gave us had no pillow cases!! Would not stay there again!!

The front desk staff are very helpful and cheery. The bedroom and bathroom were tidy and up to par.

My daughter and I found the Quality Inn in Bend to be very clean, friendly staff and a good location. It's next to a large shopping mall and just a short distance to downtown. I would stay there again.

the room was fine, service could have been better.

The location was easy to find and despite being right off the main highway, we never heard trucks drive by and it was quiet. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. They had a great selection for breakfast and made more eggs and sausages when they were low. We would return.

Hot tub was luke warm and very limited jets fairly weak. Treadmill never worked and this was reported on first day there and again the next few days. Internet access very poor...was kicked out often. Since I can work using the Internet for my work...this was a problem. Staff were very nice.

Great location as we traveled from Columbia River Gorge area to Crater Lake. Right on I-97 so no wasted time getting off the highway to find it. Breakfast was good for the price we paid for the room.
