A biking and skiing world like no other. Nestled back off Century Drive in a quiet neighborhood makes this a wonderful home to come to after a day of adventure. Renting this full space will give you access to both units. This is a great option to add privacy for grandparents, other family members, or friends to come along.
This listing includes the main house and an upstairs studio with separate entrances. The main house has three bedrooms, bathroom and two car garage. The studio has a separate living, bed, kitchen, bathroom upstairs, small fenced area for your pet, and a storage shed for your own gear down the stairs. At the end of the day gather in the fully fenced backyard at the main house with plenty of room for those barbecues and relaxing time with family or friends. Take a walk and enjoy some shopping, Village Baker, Good Life Brewing or Backporch coffee. Overturf Dog Park and Overturf Butte Trail are just a few blocks away.
