"Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Outside noise was very loud in our room street side. The sitter conditioning auto set itself and the room was hot at night! Breakfast was the same every morning and limited seating so ate in our room for breakfast. Loved the view of Kansas City Stadium! The pool was not able to be used so that was a disappointment. However with the homeless population around the area not sure I would want to swim outdoors. It is also very unfortunate that there are homeless people living in the wooded area by parking area. Parking lot is fenced in so that is helpful. Overall I would still give this a good rating and would stay again!"
