Fiz a reserva com 2 meses de antecedência. Recebi a confirmação da Expedia.com.br de que minha reserva estava confirmada. Fui de carro com minha família para BH onde ficaríamos. Chegamos e encontramos o apartamento reservado ocupado. Fiquei na rua com minha família quase 2h, com duas crianças aguardando uma solução. Fui obrigado a contratar outro hotel.
