The home was beautiful and clean, and in a nice neighborhood. There were a couple of problems we encountered before we got to the house: I rented this home in February. There was a "hold" placed on the rental in order to fill out the rental agreement. Not a problem, I filled that out and didn't hear anything back from the host. VRBO said my stay was approved. On the day we were to arrive, I had not received any info about how to access the house. I messaged host and received a response back that I had not filled out a portion of the rental agreement correctly, and asked to send info. I did so, and then waited nearly 2 hours for a response. We arrived at the house and found that what I had sent him was again not correct. So we re-sent the information and finally that worked and we were able to stay in the house. After a 10 day long trip that culminated in Bozeman, I was worried that we would have to find a new place to stay and wondered why I had not been contacted in the month and a half previous to let me know I had not filled out the form correctly. It was stressful to say the least. Would probably not rent from this host again.
