Great staffing
The staff was great. The building was clean. But we only slept 3 hours the night we stayed at the motel. It was an absolute nightmare!!!!! They put a teenage soccer team on the 3rd floor which was right above our room. All we heard all night long was banging that was literally making the ceiling vibrate. I know this isn't really the hotels fault. But a suggestion would be if you have a huge group of teenagers it may be wise to put them on the bottom floor.

Loved the indoor pool, but would be nice if it could be opened later in the evening. I was staying for one night and arrived too late to enjoy the pool.

Never got there and many efforts were made to contact orbitz to report our flight cancellation, but to no avail. We waited on line for many minutes. We called the hotel and we're told to contact Orbitz. So, my evaluation is negative due to non-use.
The staff including Chris and Grace were friendly and helpful above all expectations!
The staff checking us in were delightful! The bed was very comfortable, best one of the 7 day trip!!

Sheets not clean. Loud noisy kids . Called desk twice since they were rollerblading in hall . Told nothing to be done.
