I had a very pleasant stay here last month as part of my hen weekend. The room was more than ample for three with a comfy bed. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Shower facilities are very good and welcoming and give the room a modern touch. The dinner itself was delicious. We were all very happy with our meals. Service was good and we were constantly being checked in on to see that we were satisfied The cocktails are delicious and highly recommended. The elderflower Bellini is particularly refreshing. I was so pleased to receive such top restaurant and bar service in a hotel.

Only advantage it is located at city center and inside room they kept welcome kit, otherwise nothing else to say, ordinary room, ordinary bathroom, reception staff not able to answer queries wifi connectivity problem

Modern hotel, clean and comfy. No air conditioning, so the rooms are stuffy. Even when it’s cooler outside, still is warm in the room. Overall, I’d stay here again for the value and location! Near good restaurants and the ocean

Good Day Travel Desk, I needed cancel my reservation at a hotel that I booked on line with Egencia that was recommended and preferred. I had reserved a room for 7 days at RAMADA ENCORE in Belfast, Ireland for my business trip June 8, 2018 to June 17, 2018. Upon arriving I checked into the hotel and all went well with the front desk. However, when I got to my room it was like I had reserved a room with hostel accommodations and furniture. The furniture was very used and outdated, a red leather sofa that was so worn it was at end of life and damaged. The washroom was very dirty with tiles on the floor that were stained with wear and dirt grounded into the tiles. In addition, the room did not have a safe, did not have controlled ventilation and plumbing noises coming from the bathroom. This was all viewed and experienced with my colleague ...of our Belfast office. Therefore, having said this I was not going to spend the next 7 days living in this hotel, lacking the quality and insufficient for a purpose of living here during my business here in Belfast. When I was speaking with the desk clerk and Manager I mentioned that it was an emergency as the reason for leaving not to cause a situation at the front desk as it was very busy area with clients signing in to the hotel. In addition, it’s a very good thing that it was not one of our clients or VIP's that we reserved on their behalf for this stay in Belfast. In my option, I would seriously reconsider removing this said hotel as a " Services Corporation Preferred". Please also see attached above an email letter from the acting manager when I cancelled my stay at this hotel. They indicated that it would be cancelled at head office by sending this said email and credited in full by Expeida/Egencia once contacted. I did find another hotel and I am now staying at the Holiday Inn Belfast Center another preferred hotel for the next 7 days in Belfast and this is a top notch Hotel. Thanks Cheers

Great hotel, nicely (modernly) decorated. Spacious and clean (bath)rooms with all the amenities you would expect. Great location in the Cathedral Quarter near St. Anne's Cathedral. Easy walk to city centre, waterfront and even to the Titanic Museum. The only issue was that my room (and I suppose all rooms) lacked airconditioning. It got rather warm at night and there were very few options for ventilation (the window opened just a little bit)

Rooms are way below standard: no air no towel racks no place to put luggage small bed furniture looks second hand.... The restaurant is worse than the rooms. Why anyone would want to stay here is beyond comprehension. I had no choice due to group booking. Never again!

The Ramada Encore is located in Belfast's Cathedral District, which means there is proximity to some decent restaurants and bars. So the location is good. The hotel itself? You get what you pay for...and sometimes less. The rates are reasonable for the city, but the hotel has the ambience of a university dorm. The rooms continue this theme: They are a little dinged-and-dented, ready for an overhaul. All of this can be mitigated with a good bed. Sadly, we did not find that to be the case: A broken-down, rather thin mattress and some scratchy pillows made for less-than-memorable nights of sleep. There was also a fair amount of street noise in the front-facing rooms -- you may want to request a room facing the back. All of which, on the upside, means that you won't want to be spending much time in your room -- so a good excuse to be out and about in the city.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights recently and the location is excellent with only a short walk to the centre of the city where there is a large selection of bars and restaurants. The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant with a comprehensive menu. The hotel rooms have all the amenities you would expect such as a tv, kettle and hair dryer. Not sure if it is the same for all rooms but our room did not have air conditioning which meant it was very warm during the night as the weather was quite hot during our stay. You can open the window although that did not make any difference. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. All in all it was a nice hotel with an excellent location.

Close / central hotel Extremely slow check in. Basic generic room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast Friendly staff Good downstairs bar area, There during a Irish heat wave and rooms extremely hot with no cooling. Overall a good hotel, pricing is reasonably high. Yes, we would recommended this hotel!

Stay here with a group of girls for hen party , 3 to a room my friend sadly got a camp bed could feel the springs coming true rooms where far to hot , dinner was just ok we pre ordered still took over an hour to be served we didn't have a joining table 4 to a table so we where spread out over the restaurant cocktail making we got 6 cocktails for 15 girls one of the bar staff did not want to be there doing it and made his feelings clear the other bar man I think called Tiernan was much more friendly night porters where friendly when we came back breakfast was ok
