Staff very lazy- just there to do the bare minimum, if that. Not helpful or friendly. Bare minimum amenities: shampoo but no small soaps or lotion, plastic cups vs glasses, 1 set of towels vs 2, instant coffee in the room and KT enough for 2 people. Must pay £1/hr for parking and it isn't even covered. Room was awfully hot even with the heater off (we never turned it on) and the windows open. No proper shower. Overall it just isn't worth the cost. There are comparatively prices hotels that are far nicer.
We booked two rooms. There is no fridge in the rooms, but rooms are big. The fans in bathrooms weren't working. No conditionor and lotion, so prepare yourself.
It was my first time in ireland and it was a great place.
My husband and I flew from the Netherlands over to Belfast for the week-end (flight was very in-expensive and <2 hours). The hotel is in a great location where you can walk around the corner (200 steps) and find a nice local pub/dining, or walk a bit further and find yourself in the central district where you'll find shopping and other dining places. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was outstanding, very clean, and comfortable. It was nice to be able to wake and going down stairs to get a fresh cup of coffee/espresso in the resturant that is connected to the hotel. In fact, we would have the nice buffet breakfast every morning ($18USD). Consider the buffet as your breakfast + lunch. Truly plenty to eat and hold you over until much later in the day.
Friendly staff, good food and great location. Very new hotel and in a very good location to the down town of Belfast.
Hotel is like new and in the center of the city. Very close to Cafe's, Nitelife and various venues. Titanic Belfast and George Most Airport a few minutes by Taxi, vary convenient.
The location of the hotel is perfect to whom stay few days at Belfast. The hotel is cleaned, and the staff are very kindness.
I was in Belfast to do some archival research in local libraries and to relax a bit. This hotel fit my needs perfectly. The rooms are clean and modern. The place is located in the trendy Cathedral district, near the Central Library and many new pubs and restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to City Hall, major local bus lines, and the Linen Hall Library. Victoria Station is a little farther, but it wasn't a hassle to get there, either. The hotel is particularly nice for gay travelers, as it is near all the pubs and clubs. The other neighborhood establishments are all gay friendly, too. Belfast has come a long way, and it is a wonderful city to visit.
