Uninviting room. Very basic. Clean but not cosy at all. Laminate flooring. Wet/room shower flooded in the main bedroom.

A hotel that I felt it didn't want customers and I felt like an inconvenience to them. Regularly travel to Belfast on business will not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the ramada the receptionist was very friendly, so first impressions are always great. The room was very clean yet standard but ideal for our stay. The leather couch which featured in the room was a bit battered but im putting that down to wear and tear, mayb a reupholster job should be considered.Bed was comfortable no noise polution. We visited the SQ bar for lunch which was very slow service we waited 15mins at least before going to the bar ourselves to order a drink and then asked the barman could we order food which was fine, we then waited another 15mins for two toasted sandwiches. The cocktails where great and the £4 deal between 3-6 was nice, but says free snacks on the order of the first cocktail you receive which we did not get. The breakfast was self serve but i couldn't fault it at all, everything seemed fresh and regularly topped up which is always a positive. Overall 4/5 for the ramada great stay.

The hotel is well positioned for the airport and the accomodation, food and service are of a high standard. The bar area is generally busy with agood selection of drinks available. Bedrooms are clean and tidy. Everything you need for short business trip.

Good, clean room - room was little warm and couldn't find any way to alter heating - there was a large radiator that didn't seem to be on so assume that was obsolete and heat from another source.

Not our first visit to this hotel. In fact, it was our fifth or sixth time to stay there and once again, we were not disappointed. The room was a decent size and spotless, as was the bathroom. As usual, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were booked in for 3 nights but other than breakfast, It wasn't our intention to eat in the hotel. However, due to appalling weather, we had little choice. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and availed of bar food on the other 2 nights. Good menu choices and good value all round. The food was cooked to perfection and service was excellent. Aside from the dreadful weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit... We'll be back!!

I stayed for one night at the Ramada city Centre hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the room changed my view completely. The bed was cheap and the matress was so uncomfortable to sleep in that i woke up the next morning with a pain in my back. There was a red leather sofa next to the window that was torn from all the wear and tear which was horrid. This was my First Visit to Belfast and unfortunately the room here made my stay here an unpleasent one.

We stayed here for two nights & had a comfortable time. Good location. Hotel was not very far from Belfast City Airport. It took us about 15 minutes by cab from airport to the hotel. It was not too expensive also. Public transport too available. On the other end, Belfast International Airport was far since the airport itself seems to be outside the city. We took a cab but public transport is available from nearby. It is a small city and almost all the major attractions were easily walk able from the location of the hotel. The room was decent. Good sized & comfortable. The only downside was our room's window was facing a car park & there was not much natural light. Not a big problem since we are mostly outside exploring the city. Plus it was not reasonably priced. The staff was polite & helpful. We did not eat here but all meals were available. We saw lot of people enjoying a drink in the pub. Luggage storage available & is free of cost. Good wifi. Overall, had a comfortable stay.

Stayed at Ramada Encore with my wife as we were attending a concert. The hotels location is excellent with the Cathedral Quarter literally on its doorstep. Good clean rooms and excellent staff. Enjoyed our stay

I've stayed several times at this hotel recently with no problems but on this occasion I was given an adjoining room for my stay which I never asked for and never thought much about. Trouble was the couple in that adjoining room (room 132 if you're interested) kept me awake from they came in at around 3:30 am with music, talking / laughing / shouting, drinking, flushing toilets, noisy sex (sounded as if it was against the adjoining door at times...), even more noisy sex, more music, more shouting and generally doing things that pissed me off. If I had a normal walled room I would likely not have heard much of this but I heard EVERYTHING through the door so not only did I get zero sleep for around four hours but I may also need some kind of therapy to erase undesired mental images... Thanks for that Ramada. So if you're lucky enough with the guest / wall / door combination then it's a good enough place but otherwise you may want earplugs or counseling. Personally I'm going to have a lie down now as I'm knackered.
