Condition of room, beds, furniture, were poor, front desk staff can improve by answering the phone and in demeanor. They seemed unfriendly and surly, do only the minimum necessary. The slanted floor and bed, condition and quality of mattress and sheets, dim lighting, were unpleasant. Having to change rooms was an inconvenience.

Was very very good although with no proper built in air conditioning it was just to warm in room even with an air conditioning fan in the room. Would suggest a bed sheet to complement the duvet as it would have been useful to use the sheet only in the warm room. The self check in/out is a good thing. Location is excellent for all sightseeing and bars/restaurant's.
