Nice place and super convenient , right across from the airport making it easy for early departure

Hotel is near the Belfast International Airport, NOT the Belfast CIty Airport, for a FYI. It is a 30 pound taxi ride to the Belfast City airport or to any downtown activities. There is a bus line that runs downtown every 30 minutes. The night I was there, there was a huge event, so there was more noise that would normally be expected. The breakfast buffet has many items. Not included in the room price. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to hire taxis, arrange wake up calls, generally available whenever needed. Would stay there again if flying out of the Intn. Airport!

If you are traveling to Belfast, beware. No one bothered to tell me that Belfast has two airports, and this hotel was at the wrong airport. The Maldron charged me for an unused night. The hotel refused to refund me for the unused night. When I return to Ireland, I will avoid Maldron hotels. I will never use Orbitz again. What's the use of a one stop shop if they don't inform you?

My first tip is pay attention to which airport you are going to! This hotel is located across the street from the Belfast International Airport, NOT the Belfast City Airport. The hotel is walking distance from the Belfast International Airport and it’s pretty quiet despite planes flying over. I did not see anywhere to eat nearby, but we were not there very long. The room was a good size and I like that the toilet was separate from the shower. But there were not very many power outlets to plug into. The staff was super super friendly and I felt so happy to be in Northern Ireland! I felt like they sincerely cared about me and hoped I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection also great and the staff in the dining area was super friendly also. I really recommend this hotel!

The staff was pleasant and courteous. I had a bowl of the best fish chowder in the restaurant. As requested, I received my wake-up call on time, and when I didn't answer right away, the front desk tried until I did. We were expecting a storm and gusty winds. When I voiced concern about my flight's status, the lady at the front desk checked on it for me. The bathroom situation was interesting in that the toilet was separated from the rest of the bathroom. If two people were in he room, one could still use the toilet if the rest of the bathroom was in us; however, you still had to go into the main bathroom to wash up. Otherwise, I had a good experience and would recommend the Maldron to others.

I have been coming to this location for about 15 years, going back to previous ownership. It really hasn't changed much. Last year my experience was not good. This year, it was much better.
