The guests were out of control. Horribly behaved children were roughhousing in the pool and unattended by adults. Staff was notified of the situation but no response. Had to remove our small children from the pool due to safety concerns every night out our trip. A group of 7 adolescents were literally running the halls on our floor and were very loud. Called front desk twice requesting that the situation be handled. Noise continued until we engaged and confronted the kids and physically had to go downstairs to the desk to complain, only then did the security guard make an appearance on our floor. We frequent Embassy Suites and it is always our first choice when choosing a hotel. We were very disappointed in the staff's lack of ability/disinterest in controllong the environment. We will never stay at this location again!

Overall the hotel was fine and a great value/location. The breakfast "serving" line flowed well. It's an older hotel and the room smelled a bit musty but it was clean. I was significantly disappointed the hot tub was not working. And $10 (plus tax) for self parking was definitely high.

We love Space - parking - cleanness - area - area.

The only complaint I have was checking in. They were understaffed. One women doing her best to try and check everyone in as quickly as possible. The line was extremely long when I was checking in and only got longer. She definitely could’ve used some help

Needs a upgrade. The carpet is coming loose and wrinkling up. The property needs to represent the allure that comes with the name Embassy.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was quick and very informative.

This was a horrible experience. we have 5 people staying on one double queen Suite. My 3 son were all playing and watching TV in the sitting room and found a pair of past guests underwear in the chair. No idea how long they have been there but ridiculous to say the least.

Went for medical conference. Great access to convention center, great breakfast. Room seemed outdated and run down. The bathroom could benefit from a deep bleaching and scrub down, but wasn’t unsanitary by any means.

I really enjoyed the service at this hotel. From the friendly night staff to the maids. The breakfast is fantastic. The location is ideal. Airport, museums, cultural theater, and the Premium Outlets.

Usually we are more used more of a selection of snacks during happy hour and there were so many people, we just went in the bar and purchased drinks. It was graduation weekend so I am sure the hotel was booked solid. Also One more thing. The noise level from Our room to the room next door was extremely loud. Don’t know what was going on in there. Usually everything is always calm and quiet at Embassy Suites which is why we so enjoy staying there

Great hotel, proximity to the Arts and Performing Centre. Amazing staff! The receptionist knew exactly what shows were playing and she instructed us on the location. Thank you very much!

We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control monthly, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis, to ensure pest control, as well as overall cleanliness standards, are maintained.
