Nice condition on this property! One minus though- our room had mounted shampoo and shower gel dispensers that were empty...meaning they were not checked or addressed by housekeeping after the previous party had checked out and the room cleaned. It took them 2 hours to resolve this issue. Otherwise, not a bad stay. Make sure you get your eggs or an omelet cooked to order!

Embassy Suites-Charleston Airport

The room was very clean. Servicing the room was slower than expected. Front desk customer service was wonderful and attentive. Great location! Breakfast and Happy Hour were FIRE! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Check in was not the best experience. No smiles, “glad you’re here” like 90% of other hotels. Morale seems poor here. We like ES but would not come back to this one.
