Great location
Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. To add further the accommodation was only 20 mins walk from city centre. Would recommend property.
Cons:
- Cleanliness of the property could be improved especially in the bedrooms. One night when I was looking for a plug near the back of the bed I noticed high amount of dust. Which could be the reason why the rooms smelt particularly musty in the evening. Also, the pillows in the living room smelt like sweat. Personally, I think the property needs all sofa cushions washing. In previous reviews they do mention an unusual smell which I must admit I could smell. However I can see the owner is conscious about this and is trying to prevent the smell by using disposable mini dehumidifiers throughout the property. Which I can appreciate. Regardless, this is clearly a damp problem which will need to be investigated. I would recommend spending money on a machine dehumidifier in between people vacating the property.
