Everything was perfectly fine for my husband and I. But, if you need to have fun with Sauna, Bubble Bath, Gym and more you need to follow what in the reception they telling you on arrival that YOU NEED TO BOOK in advance because they are so busy down the area

Fairly standard hotel but room service was terrible. I had a chicken a rice dish which when it came looked like someone’s left over take away from the night before that had been microwaved. This was at 6pm so kitchen open. Prawn crackers were also like cardboard. Hotel ok but get a delivery for food.

Very clean, modern hotel

Comfortable beds. Internet access fine. Check in was easy. Breakfast good. Had few snacky bits in downstairs restaurant and it was perfect for what we wanted. Drinks are expensive- especially a glass of wine. Pool is ok - not amazing. Kids loved the hotel experience.

Incredibly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Some notable staff members were Ryan and Sam on reception, Annie at breakfast and all of the staff at the Riverside, who each made our stay special. We will be returning to Belfast and staying here again!
