My wife and I recently stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Things didn't get off to a great start as we had difficulty navigating Belfast's busy traffic and, when we reached the hotel (centrally located - great for restaurants and bars) it was not clear where to park (we needed to stop outside on a yellow line and go into the hotel where we were told to use the neighbouring multi-storey at a discounted rate of £10/day). However, when we checked in all got a lot better. The staff were friendly and helpful and the general décor of the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Our room (on the 7th floor) was good, being spotlessly clean, reasonably furnished and with a large bed (albeit 2 singles slid together). Wi-fi (complimentary) worked fine. Sleep quality was good due to the comfort of the bed and low noise levels in the hotel. Breakfast the next moring (complimentary) was a buffet affair with a good range of hot and cold items. Nothing to fault there. Check-out was a painless affair. All in all a very good stay.

We were very happy with this hotel. We had 3 rooms and the rooms were spotless, bed linen was super and the couch bed was extremely comfortable. The bedroom was too small for 4 us (2 adults and 2 children) and we had no cot (which we had requested). There was nowhere for it to go. Luckily as the child is 2, we managed to contain him in couch bed with one of us. Also, we were fortunate to have an interconnecting room with the grandparents so we could use that to store the stroller etc. There is no way we could have it in our room. That is the only complaint we had. The breakfast was super - better than a lot of 5* hotels I have stayed in. The lobby area was lovely to sit in and have a drink.

The hotel is modern and rooms are very clean - typical Ikea style furniture. The homeless man lying under the sign outside is a hint that the location is not wonderful - but it IS very close to everything. The breakfast experience is BAD. The quality isn't great, staff are uninterested, area is not clean and they don't replenish items within 30 minutes of the end of service.

This hotel is a newer hotel. It is fresh and clean. It is conveniently located within an easy walking distance of the bus station. It is also convenient to several restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the meeting point for the Game of Thrones tours that we booked. The staff was super friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great as well.

The hotel is very central. Check in was efficient and friendly. It was after 9 when we arrived so decided to have food here the food was good and they have an all night menu as well. The bar feels like a departures lounge in an airport. Very modern. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well decorated. The heating system is set at an automatic temperature and you can’t adjust it. However I did contact reception and they increased the temperature. This seems a bit odd. Good selection for breakfast. The staff at this hotel are the most welcoming and friendly people that I have met in the service industry in years and that’s why I have given a 5 star rating. The management should be very proud of their exceptional work force.

We stayed at the Hampton for 3 nights during our first trip to Belfast. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The location was superb as we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. It is also right near the bus station. The check in staff were very professional and offered us a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was ample and served until 10:30. The reception sells tickets to several attractions which included the hop on-hop off bus tickets which we purchased. Reception called the bus company and asked for a shuttle to pick us up and deliver us to Stop 1 of the tour. This was very helpful! We highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

My wife and I arrived at the Hampton Belfast City Center very early in the morning and were initially told that our room was not ready....as we expected. However, as we were deciding where to visit first while we stored our bags, the reception agent, Heather, asked us if we could wait about a half hour and she would have a room ready. After flying all night, having a room to put our things and relax for a few minutes was greatly appreciated. Heather also arraigned for Black Cab tour of the city for us. She deserves a raise! The room was what we expected, clean and comfortable with a view of the city. Highly recommended.

This hotel is the best I've stayed in, in terms of value, quality, friendless, location and amenities. I was cautious about booking a hotel chain, as I usually like to support independent hotels. But this time, I needed a quick one night stay and didn't have time to search around. Usually when a hotel offers breakfast, it's crap. The breakfast here is plentiful, fresh with a variety of options. I loved all the fresh fruit and the coffee is very decent. The staff are the loveliest of people, genuinely wanting to help - perhaps that's just Belfast in general. A nice change from Dublin, which is becoming a lot more like London - cold and uninterested. The room is very clean and spacious with adequate storage and furniture. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The pillows are a delight and the bathroom is excellent. I will definitely be booking Hampton Hilton again and I can't wait to return to the city of Belfast. I don't know why I haven't been more since I just live down the road in Dublin.

We stayed three nights in the middle of the week and were quite satisfied. The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful; even though breakfast is a Hampton buffet the breakfast staff came by to ask if they could bring us anything. Breakfast was ample and tasty, with eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, breads, make-it-yourself pancakes, cereals, fruit and a dispenser of very hot water for a proper cup of tea. The rooms aren’t large but they are adequate with plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. The beds are firm and comfortable. The shower is good and the towels thick. WiFi is quick and the connection solid. The location is convenient - just outside the city centre - and there are two excellent restaurants not 200 meters away at the intersection of Hope Street and Great Victoria Street. There is nothing that I can think to criticize. We were very pleased with our experience.

Me and my wife stayed here for a short weekend stay and have to say we could not fault this place in any way. Lovely modern big room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was fantastic the sausages were “amazing” and had such a wide variety to choose from. The hotel bar was reasonably priced and had lots of snacks to choose from. The girls on reception were very pleasant and helpful and helped organise our day out . All in all a fantastic place to stay very central for belfast town centre and will be recommending and planning on returning ourselves in the future. Great hotel
