Parking is about a 5 min drive away … ensure you get accurate and detailed instructions from front desk as the parkade can be hard to find without. Lovely rooms and nice breakfast selection. Good central location for walking around or catching a bus.

Great location in the City Center

Great location and an easy walk to several locations like the central train station, City Hall, and numerous bus stops. Our only negatives is that the room was small and cramped for two twin beds. No luggage racks or places to set down your luggage are provided, but they were kind enough to bring luggage racks to our room upon request. Compared to other hotels that are less modern, we felt the rates were fair/reasonable.

Pros: Excellent location. Very central to airport, shops, restaurants, shopping. The view is very industrial. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. The bathroom was big and bright. The Red Bean Roastery makes a great cappuccino. Room was clean and tidy. Very quiet good sound proof room. Noise level inside the hotel and outside the hotel was incredibly quiet. Cons: the room could have been brighter. The lamps by the beside needed a good clean on the underside. The room was very warm had to use the a/c alot. Could not open a window. No drawers to unpack any clothes. The bathroom door had so much water damaged, there was a large black patch. Very unpleasant to look at. Inside the shower was also a lot of water damage along the seams. Putty patching not the best. The shower design not the best for all the water damage. The patchwork from where I assume a towel rack was, was not finished properly. got turned away twice at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast when they had seats. I would suggest you book a reservation. Was told they had large parties and the kitchen could not handle us, but the people behind had a reservation and were fine. We were put off by that so did not experience the restaurant. Which was disappointing because it was always packed.

This hotel is tricky to get to, with parking not too close to the hotel. Our room had a very bad door and we were unable to switch rooms. The very noisy street/bars made it difficult to open a window to air out the room. The staff was attentive and did offer a free breakfast for our discomfort.
