From the moment I arrived, it felt like a different world. I was welcomed with a light mixed drink carrying a rosemary aroma — a small detail that set the tone. Even though it wasn’t required, staff gave me a short tour and treated me like part of the family. Whether it was a handshake, a smile, or a nod, they were always inviting. If language got in the way, they still tried their best — and that effort mattered. At first, the resort felt huge, but after walking it a few times, I knew it by heart. The beach was outstanding — dark-colored sand, spotless, and perfectly organized. The staff’s efficiency was impressive; even the menus showed prep times, and they were accurate. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the seaside bar and Turkish fusion dishes. The spa was a highlight — after 19 hours of travel, that massage was exactly what I needed. The barber, Max, gave me a haircut and shave that made me look like a rock star. Nighttime entertainment was awesome — music and energy that could rival Manhattan nightlife. This hotel truly offers something for everyone: family fun, peace and quiet, or social energy. Safe, cultural, and full of life — Port Nature is the definition of a perfect escape.

Not What it Claims to Be

Let me start by offering a major caveat. The first three days we were at the hotel, the hotel was cleaning up from having its compound flooded. It was not obvious how rare an event or happens frequently due to poor construction. Had the hotel done anything to admit that it was having difficulty or to try accommodate the great inconvenience caused by the number of services made unavailable due to the flooding, I would likely rate the resort higher. Cons: -The construction, as noted above, is of fairly low quality. After what seemed like heavy rain, there were buckets all over the lower two floors. The spa, indoor pool. patisserie, kids club, reception, were all closed for at least one day, several longer, the patisserie and reception never opened back up. The shower in our room flooded with every use. The drain was much higher than the lowest point in the shower and after a couple of minutes, it would flood the rest of the bathroom. -The staff are fairly mediocre. I think this is likely poor management and training. The people at the reception were unhelpful any time we approached them. Room service didn't answer. There is no concierge service. The only help is a private taxi service with a desk in the lobby. They charged 100 euro to go anywhere. -Note that the website uses architectural renderings instead of real pictures. The place is not as nice as the renderings. -The kids club was staffed by a single, mostly inattentive (overworked and under-motivated) person.

Wir (mit Kindern 10,12,16) waren das erste Mal in einem all-incl Hotel in der Tuerkei. Hotel war grossartig, mit vielen Restaurants, tollem Essen, relaxing Pool, nettem Sandstrand und Meer. Mitarbeiter werden aus der ganzen Welt rekrutiert, Gaeste sind hauptsaechlich russisch (wir mussten uns daran gewöhnen, dass Mitarbeiter oft wirklich kein bisschen Englisch verstehen). Am Pool Musik den ganzen Tag... was uns nicht gestört hat.

The customer service from all staff was excellent, staff was so helpful with my disability request and they really went above and beyond to help in all areas. Not big drinkers but an All Inclusive with popular branded drinks was a fantastic bonus.

Avoid this Hotel/ Välttä tätä hotellia.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but 3 star at most. Photos are not telling you truth. Rooms are not noise isolated and even you can listen next room telefon conversation easily or wake up with cleaners conversation at the corridor. All inclusive is it but foods are really bad quality and everyday same menu which is a shame for Turkish gastronomy and service is unfortunate. Generaly, hotel managment is poor. My advice is avoid this hotel if possible, it is waste of money.
