The room was amazing and cleaned daily. The heated pool was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel is definitely worth the extra for the quality for food and drinks is better than most of the other hotels we have stayed in a few. The hotel runs daily activities for all ages. We are coming back in April

We had a very great time. Overall customer service was very great. Also the food was very good. Only point is that there was no air conditioner functioning in the room. When checked with reception, the answer was it's controlled centrally and turned off due to winters. The issue is if someone needs air conditioner they should have the option to turn it on in the room and it should not be centrally controlled. Other than air conditioner, it was a very great experience.

We had a great time. Excellent facilities. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. All inclusive dining was just too good. We enjoyed all the three meals, everyday. Overall nice stay, but not a luxury resort. Room is spacious with nice amenities. Good night entertainment and numerous eating options for summer concept. Main buffet restaurant has good desserts and a good attempt on indian food corner, however not enough meat options. Kids club is decent but requires improvement when compared to other resorts. Kids animation team did a decent job, need more varied and exciting activities for older kids. No lunapark and no adventure park. Patisserie had good service but there was no gourmet chocolates. Cafe mundo service was good but needs to expand its coffee and non alcoholic options. On one occasion indoor kids pool was cold, it took 3 different people to take readings to believe what we said. Wanted to book Asian restaurant but there was no availability over 5 days. Steak restaurant had restriction on kids under 7 so not family friendly. We were given misinformation on dining options. Guest relations tried helping by placing a complimentary reservation in Italian restaurant. We went to our reservation on time but there was no indoor seating reservation for us. We were given option for outdoor dining but they had no outdoor heaters! We were then asked to come back an hour later at 9pm. This was not a viable option as we couldn't delay dinner when with kids. So we went buffet restaurant. So their attempt to make up for first error also had issues! Cafer in Spa team was very helpful. Overall a decent resort but unlikely to return.

The staffs were amazing and courteous❤️ Always ready to make sure i was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Its a 10/10 💃worth every pound and even more..Many thanks to staff Hulya, she was extra nice and even offered late checkout without paying extra😍
