The reception staff was simply not very welcoming or accomodating to basic questions. The overall resort was fine and the pool area was very nice but hard to find a beach chair. Biggest negative is that it is not a smoke free campus. You are unable to dine outside or sit on your terrace due to the high number of guests who smoke.
