The worst place I stayed at. Supposed to be all inclusive with 10 restaurants, it turns out there’s only one restaurant that opens 24/7 with the tiniest menu, and buffet that opens a couple of hours. Rest of the restaurant we had to pay for and reserve before hand if we find reservations. We had a duplex the downstairs ac was broken for five nights we couldn’t sleep, there was ants everywhere and they said because we had a hookah but in the bedrooms? We had to shower with cold water and water flow was weeeek. We had to fight people over lounge chair next to the pool. It was not worth the price!!

Been here 3 times now. No area is ever too busy. Staff are amazing and fulfilled any requests promptly. The pool and spending the day there is our favourite activity. Food is great, with a lot of diversity without compromising quality. Favourite resort by far and will go here again.

WOW!! Where do I start?? The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!.. beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.. pools are lovely, food is amazing, entertainment top notch, I could just go on and on… but I would like to thank all the staff.. from reception, pool area, chefs, cleaner’s everyone for making my stay .. perfect… I can not recommend this hotel highly enough… and I WILL be returning.. Hotel was lovely, food was good especially the seasoned fries, the night entertainment was enjoyable, the drinks were branded which is a positive . We celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday there, however they forgot to send the cake and we had to remind them. Apart from that it was a great stay.

She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. We had an incredible stay at Titanic Mardan Palace and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. It’s a truly grand resort that lives up to its reputation. From the moment we walked into the stunning lobby, we knew we were in for a special experience. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options with top-tier service. One of the standout aspects for us was the customer service – it was exceptional throughout our stay. The chefs even went out of their way to prepare special meals for our 9-month-old baby, which made us feel really cared for. The pool area is absolutely massive and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some family time. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a luxury resort at a fair price point. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
