Our room had no a/c and the temperature was between 24% and 25% Celsius. I complained to the office 4 times and they eventually brought a fan to the room. They also advertise that they offer airport transportation. When I called the hotel from the airport they explained that they only pick up from the airport and they only drop you off from the hotel. The experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable.
Great place. Enjoyed my stay. Liked how close it was to the airport.

The hotel is a convenient location, the room was nice, breakfast was good. The only down side is not much within walking distance.
Room very plain. Not very clean. Shuttle service limited hours. Had to book it 12 hours in advance. Wouldn't pick us up from the airport. Only shuttle service to the airport. We couldn't use because of booking rule and first shuttle not until 7 am. Would not stay again or recommend!!!
It was great! The staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast had a huge variety!
Probably the only negative thing I would say is that their breakfast in the morning didn't have any options for westerners like myself. The room was clean. Staff was friendly but couldn't speak English very well. Overall. I had a great experience.
