This is a very good hotel, no opinion,Very comfortable, the room also is very good

I'll make this clear, I never complain nor do I ever write bad reviews, but after my stay at the Fairmont Beijing, I felt compelled to express my discontent. Nothing in our room worked. The wifi didn't work. The A/C didn't work. The privacy shade for the bathroom didn't work (which is rather awkward when staying with a friend). The keyboard for the tv didn't work. The tv remote controls didn't work. I actually had to unplug the tv several times in the middle of the night just to get it to turn off. My biggest problem was the A/C not working. I told the front desk twice and twice they tried to fix it, but it only worked for an hour and then started blowing hot air again. I spent two sleepless nights sweating in bed because of it. I requested a room change but the girl at the front desk refused my request even after they changed several of my friend's rooms due to the smell of cigarette smoke. I'm really disappointed in this fairmont hotel. I would definitely not stay here again.

I spent the weekend at the Fairmont Beijing and had a great stay. The location was great, as it was close to Guomao. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The room also had Bose speakers, which was a nice feature. However, some Fairmonts I've stayed in are better and I think you can get a better hotel in Beijing for about the same price.

it is a well located hotel, close to all the major offices and to the rings. you can go to some traditional places just wailking. also, you can find several good restaurants close to the hotel. besides the silk market is very close. i do recommend and will stay there in my next trip to Beijing.

very confortable rooms and servisse. the barbecue restaurant is very good! huge wine list. the only issue is that they charge for printed papers and very expensive breakfast

We stayed here on the first leg of a week-long trip to Beijing and Paris. The Fairmont definitely spoiled us. The service was great, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the club level amenities were a huge benefit. The location on the edge of the CBD isn't necessarily ideal for tourists who want to be in the thick of it all, but if you're looking for a place to retreat after busy days and relax--the Fairmont is ideal.

it is a very good hotel and very big rooms, without any noise and very silent. Only the breakfast is very expensive. The servisse is excelent and the location perfect. it is missed the business center to open early morning and do charge for the printed papers.

From the first moment, I was greeted with care and respect. Any questions were promptly answered in excellent English. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again upon my next business trip to Beijing.

This is a very good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, the lights in the room have the most complicated control system I have ever used, which was very frustrating, especially when dealing with jet lag!

Will stay at this hotel again for future business trips to Beijing

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. We checked in early and upgraded to the "Gold" level for access to the lounge, which was really nice, providing snacks and drinks throughout stay. Lounge staff was very helpful and courteous. Our suite was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was hard to leave the room! Lots of nice touches, loved the "Le Labo" bath products.
