Love the AC in the room! Great pool area, friendly and helpful staff. We got to watch the parade from the pool and after, the staff put out lunch for us! What a fantastic time we had there!!!! Will stay again!!!

We went on an off season weekend. I loved the room! It was amazing! And I loved the massages we got! But unfortunately my sister had a major hemorrhagic stroke on the second day of our four day trip and we had to rush back to Boston immediately. I was crying at the desk and explained the situation. I asked if there was any way I could get a partial refund on the room, was told they would ask the manager, but got nothing. I thought this was poor customer service.

Staff at desk and pool very helpful and kind. Beautiful room, amenities and location. I rode one of their wonderful bicycles to the beach. It was a wonderful stay thank you.

Time to replace the sheets. Too many mystery stains. They were clean just stains that no longer come out.

The Ellery Hotel was well located and appointed. While I never encountered the property manager, there was never a need for them. My hotel keys were waiting for me at the front desk, check-in was easy. The rooms are small but well appointed with most items you might need and there are nice common areas. Robes in the armoire and a small in room fridge where nice touches. Storage was minimal but effective.
