Office staff horrible
I will never book here again. The room had a damp humid smell to it. It never went away, they claimed the room was fine but if I was you I would just pay more for a more updated hotel room.
Enjoyable stay... Friendly staff rooms are clean and comfortable.
Left the night before so we got there at 3:40... Didn't like how i had to pay a whole night extra after i had been told i would have to just pay 40 @ 6am. Nor did i like how i had to withdraw money from the atm instead of it just being charged from the hotel... it was 3:40 & I just wanted to get into a room with my kids to rest for a few hours before leaving at 8. I didn't like how their system wasn't even working for me to be able to get a key after i paid full price for the room. Offered to give it to me in the morning but it would be pointless because i was leaving at 8 and she was putting us in a different room because i paid online... just very frustrating and disappointing. I've been there several times and this was my first bad experience there! The lady recommended me not to pay online because there's nothing they can do once I've paid online.

All night long there were some activities going on. In the middle of the night police came and arrested a few people in the room close to mine. I could sense some bad smell, probably drugs. High price, no breakfast. Bad experience. Will not stay there again.
Clean, clean, and clean! This is all I want. When I travel for business a clean, safe room is important.
This hotel was clean and very roomy. The staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.
The staff wasn't very nice nor helpful at all but can't complain about the room one bit very clean!

This was a nice place to stay after a 8 hour travel day. The location was next to the interstate so it was easy getting on and off my route.
There was a problem with one of the clerks and it caused the hotel to tell us that we had to move out. They did not seem to be able to use their screens and access the proper messages to confirm that we were indeed paid up and extended for another day. An initially contentious meeting with the front desk was ultimately resolved to our satisfaction.. It was simply a matter of untrained personnel.
The description of hotel has been VERY misleading. We had pumped the kids up for a fun weekend, with hotel swimming involved. To our surprise when we arrived at hotel we were greeted with a pool with NO water. We were told it was being worked on, but it was apparent it hadn't been touched in months. NOT A FUN HOTEL WITHOUT A POOL for the kids to enjoy. :(

While the room was clean and comfortable some of the amenities need attention. The valuables safe in the closet had a broken button on the lock rendering it unusable. The coffee maker had a broken stand and we had to prop it up with a piece of cardboard. The outside doors were supposed to locked from 11:00pm to 6:00am requiring a key card to open; they were never secure! On the first night a pick-up truck entered the parking lot blasting a sub woofer and music and parked right under my window and idled his loud engine; after two calls to the front desk the noisy fella drove off. This hotel was rated as three stars ...NO WAY ... barley worth two; maybe a star and a half!
