Horrible experience with extremely rude front desk lady. Chemical smell due to renovation caused my 5 year old son discomfort and we had to leave. No refund issued so far. Horrible place. I strongly advise you stay away!
This hotel must be an older hotel but they are renovating the whole hotel. The paint smell was strong but it was nothing overbearing. The beds are comfortable the rooms are quiet with a small fridge and microwave. I stayed there 2 times and once the room had AC problems but the staff has always been very friendly. The property is very clean and close to restaurants and shopping .
Everyone we met on staff was pleasant. The property appeared to be well kept and clean. This was our second Comfort Inn in two days. Both have relatively new furnishings. For our comfort we thought both could be enhanced with a slight move of furniture. There is no lighting by the chair making reading impossible. We would recommend someone on staff (and friend) sleep in each style unit, thinking as tired travelers.
Every time we have stayed here has been a great experience. We have family here & if we don't stay with them we stay here. Very nice, close to restaurants, mall, movie theater. Friend staff & rooms very large with comfortable beds
We stayed there for a softball tournament this last weekend. The elevator didn't work, their were no ice machines, people were having a crazy party in the conference room, and they were outside smoking marajuana. Sometime during the night someone set off the fire alarms. We had children there. We will never go back.
Overall, the stay was pleasant. Beds comfortable and bedroom clean. My only issue was the bathtub - there seemed to be some black substance in the corners. Maybe it was mold, maybe something else, I just stayed away from it while in the shower. Not sure if that was enough to rate it terrible, but just writing what I saw.
We stayed 2 nights; the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices, from eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, to yogurt, bagels, doughnuts, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee. I have stayed here before when in the area and I'll stay again when we come back through. If there is a downside to this motel it's that the very small pool wasn't open.
Kinda run down. Staff is kinda weird. Small microscopic pillows, like the size of sugar packs. Bathroom had rotten sheet rock, shower curtain was to small, sprayed water all over the floor. Had to use all the towels moping up. Parking lot small and crowded. Breakfast was subpar for the rate. Not what I was expecting, especially for the money.
.The night manager was rude. The shower is hot if you like your skin melting off. The manager didn't seem to want to be in customer service or shouldn't be. This was a miserable stay and too many things to list. HATE IT!
I stayed at this particular hotel due to my apartment being flooded. I was scheduled for a three night stay at this hotel, however, I only stayed two nights. The reason for that is because my car was broken into even though I parked my car directly in front of the main entrance! On top of that, when I attempted to speak to management later when I returned from getting my window replaced and going to work, they refused to speak to me! Even the employee on duty thought I was receiving poor treatment! She continuously implored the owner and her manager to speak to me about my situation. The owner outright refused to talk to me and told the employee that if I left I would still be charged for the third night! The employee's manager refused to speak to me several times at first but after constant urging of the employee, she finally spoke to me, but said there is nothing she can do and that I would still be charged for a third night! I spoke at length with the employee and she even agreed that management there is very poor and that they do not care about the customer, only the money. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact, I urge anybody with any sense to stay FAR away from this particular hotel. This is truly an example of a terrible experience made worse by incredibly poor management and lack of empathy for the customer.
