Even though nothing is stated in my reservation and the fact that I prepaid.... I was forced to pay an additional $10 service fee to check in. This is borderline illegal. The room was grimy and the bathtub water ran brown for the first 30 seconds. Just avoid this place.

The beds were harder, but comfortable. The air conditioner was dirty, but I did pull the filter to rinse it. The room was nice and cool. The place did appear to be half ways redone. Just not well. Things could have been a little cleaner. There were plenty of towels.

I’ve never seen anything like it. Do Not Go

Walked into the room and the smell was awful. The floor was sticky, it was very dirty and the bathroom had holes in the shower wall lining. After looking around the room, we grabbed our things and walked right back out and ended up booking a hotel elsewhere.

Nothing in my room worked, the microwave didn’t work, the sink leaked really badly onto the floor every time we used it, half the outlets didn’t work, the air conditioner barely worked so it was hot in the room, the area behind the bed (the headboard area) was covered with sticky dust like it hadn’t been cleaned in months

The room was moldy smelling and there was a fee for pets , which I did not see listed in the policies. I don’t mind paying a pet fee, but would like to know ahead of time so I can compare them. We ended up not staying at this location.
