Our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was nice to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. You also get vouchers for delicious free hot coffee at the coffee bar. Overall, a great place to stay!

The room was really clean and the bathroom felt spa-like worth the tub and rain shower head in the shower! There was a fridge with water and some alcoholic/ wine options which was so nice! The location was perfect, you can walk all over downtown... and the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking out front. We will absolutely stay again!

When we arrived they had moved our original booking from two beds to one king bed. Unfortunately, since we had 3 adults, that did not work. They ended up giving us two rooms and comping one for their mistake (they were very nice and accommodating). After checking into the two rooms, one of them had a clogged sink. They could not fix it so they gave us another room. The new room had an issue with the door closing (it would not close unless you slammed it really hard). Both rooms had a lot of hair on the bed (maybe dog hair) and could have used a bit better of a cleansing. The staff was very nice but I think overall there needs to be an update on everything. The biggest surprise was that one morning, my dad had left to go get coffee (around 5:30am). After he left my mom was doing her hair in the bathroom (we were getting ready to go to the Marine base) and she heard the door open. She peaked out of the bathroom and the security guard was in the room! He apologized and said that he thought they were already checked out and wanted to get a start on cleaning? What??? Who just walks into someones room? Very odd. Although the manager was very nice and the coffee was good in the little shop, I can't say that I would recommend this place after everything that happened in 2 days.

I paid for a suite and received a regular room. The suite was available but it was in the corner with no natural light, no outside seating as shown in the pictures, and had a mold odor (it seemed like we were in a basement). That was disappointing as it was our Wedding anniversary and we wanted some extra room for the kids. That room should actually be advertised at a discount, that's how bad it was. Outside of that the staff was very accommodating and nice. They recognized the poor quality of the "suite". I'm sure it is a regular issue.

We had a queen suite which was very nice but in the back corner so no table and chairs out front like some of the other rooms had but overall, the room was very nice. Two bathrooms, a sitting area, etc. The manager was great and recommended some local restaurants. They give you free cookies and $6 credit at the coffee shop, but we forgot to get our coffee! A bummer maybe they will honor it the next time we are in Beaufort!
