This centrally located, family and pet-friendly home is perfect for groups visiting for USMC graduations (just 10 mins to Parris Island) or any Lowcountry adventure! Accommodating up to 6 guests, this open, airy home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the waterfront views, shopping, and dining of Beaufort and Port Royal. Enjoy a complimentary Hunting Island Beach day pass! Note: The guest house may be rented by another group. $75 pet fee; please add pets to your guest count.

If you're in the mood for some relaxation, our charming reading nook provides a cozy spot to curl up with a good book and unwind. The desk area offers an opportunity to get some work done when needed while taking in views of the backyard.

Step outside through the French doors and you'll discover a large outdoor space, with a yard perfect for basking in the sun or enjoying a peaceful evening at home grilling and entertaining.

Please be mindful that the laundry room, driveway and backyard are shared spaces that guest staying in the guest house may also be utilizing during your stay. Please respect other's space and privacy. Only 2 vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway for each group, unless given pre-approval by the host.

You will have access to the entire property minus the 1/1 attached guest house. The backyard, laundry room and driveway are shared spaces between the main and guest houses. We ask that all guest respect each other's privacy and space while staying at this home.
